Programs to Help You Get Started
This CDC website provides several different resources available to help patients identify program to help them on their cessation journey.

Online Community Support, Tips and Advice BecomeAnEx is an online social community, tips and advice through text and email, expert guidance and interactive tools. Research shows that this program works. People who follow this quit plan are four times more likely to quit. – A Program offered by the National Cancer Institute has a wealth of information for patients who are at various stages in their quit journey. Patients would have access to Smokefree texting programs, instructions for creating a quit plan, educational resources (NRT, articles, etc) and downloadable tobacco cessation apps.
